Detect, colour and quantify the mass flow rate of the leak

With SENSIA’s optical gas imaging (OGI) cameras you can automatically detect, colour and quantify leaks of methane, sulphur hexafluoride, and many other industrial gases in a few seconds, accurately and safely without shutting down systems. With SENSIA OGI cameras, you can scan broad sections of equipment rapidly and survey areas where traditional contact measurement tools cannot access.

Caroline F Series and Mileva F Series are able to monitor all kind of facilities and trigger alarms when any failure or deviation in the behaviour is detected. Furthermore, RedLook algorithms are so sharp and precise that virtually any false alarm could be triggered.

The known inputs required to run correctly the quantification functionality are:

  • Leak distance from the camera

  • Measurement units

  • Gas type and density

*Additionally, it is possible to install the OGI’s in a pan & tilt to scan wider areas and to settle multiple gas quantification RoI’s for each preset.
