SENSIA presents its line of products to mitigate fugitive emissions

As a result of the work carried out during the first half of the GaSeS project, financed by the European Commission within the framework of the SME Instrument, these systems present innovations that improve current Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) surveys.

Fugitive gas emissions a critical problem, both for the environment and for the energy efficiency of the industries that produce them. The goal of SENSIA is to offer valuable and affordable tools to minimize this problem.

Thanks to the impulse of the European plan for small innovative companies, SENSIA has accelerated the development of its product line. Each of the systems developed is focused on meeting different needs:

  • 24/7 MONITORING SYSTEM: Oriented to detect big gas releases produced by accidents, damage or dysfunctions in installations or components. The interest of this product is for the HSE department of the produces, mainly in the Oil&Gas sector. Working as a CCTV, in addition to gas detection, it incorporates automatic fire detection capability, so a single instrument fusing FIRE & GAS detection. ATEX Zone 1 and ATEX Zone 2 available.
  • CAROLINE OPTICAL GAS IMAGING: CAROLINE OGI is a hand-held camera for Android phone. Includes SENSIA’s app for gas visualization “RedLook”, providing automatic on-field reporting, metadata linked to the survey for easy leaks tracking and other control and analysis tools, bringing Industry 4.0 capabilities to the end user. A tablet handheld version is also available.
  • Gas Sniffer 4.0.: This sensor measures precisely the concentration of gases and sends automatically data via Bluetooth. A user-friendly application, installed on a mobile phone or tablet, provides expanded in-field capabilities; gathering measurements, GPS location, photos and audios to generate reports at the moment. It combines SMART LDAR and EPA Method 21 simultaneously when used with CAROLINE OGI.
